Young Global Entrepreneurs Scheme

Part of UNMEN Connect, presented by The United Global Alliance For Men & Boys

The Young Global Entrepreneurs Scheme, the first flagship scheme of UNMEN Connect, brings together young male entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30 from around the world with experienced mentors, investors, sponsoring brands and members of the Global Alliance.

Its purpose is to widen opportunity, build enterprise and strengthen the networks that help young men build sustainable businesses and careers.

The scheme is open to young men as a positive action measure under section 158 of the Equality Act 2010, addressing the disadvantage of young men in employment and entrepreneurship: in the UK, 238,000 young men aged 16 to 24 are unemployed and NEET, almost twice the 128,000 young women (ONS, July to September 2025).

How it works

Apply. Tell us about yourself, your venture and what support you need.
Join. We introduce you to mentors and organisations suited to your goals.
Meet. Join the monthly online networking session, hosted by the Founder, Charley Bickers.

Monthly networking session

Each month, members meet online to share progress, hear from guest speakers and make new connections across regions and sectors. The first online session is planned for early December 2026.

Mentors

Experienced founders, professionals and Alliance members are invited to give their time as mentors.
